As summer drew to a close we attended another LA Harajuku Day Fashion Meet. While it was still a bit warm a number of folks still made it out and looked fantastic in various different styles.
The doors to the Labyrinth of Jareth has opened and closed for another year. For those who are unfamiliar of this grand event, it’s an amazing two night costume ball held each year in Los Angeles.
While it’s great looking your best when you go out, it’s even better when you gear up together with your crew of friends. Check out Michael Nixon, Drew Hamilton, and Melinda Gross and (pictured above from left to right) looking all kinds of fierce with looks inspired by the ‘Alien’ film franchise.
While this was not our first San Diego Comic-Con it was the first time we hit up the Game of Bloggers event during the convention.
One of the highlight after hours parties at San Diego Comic-Con this year had to be BANGARANG by TCL at the Bassmnt in San Diego’s Gaslamp District.
It’s summer time and that means it’s time to grill up some goodies and mix up some drinks with some friends! That means you’re going to need something to wear to that barbecue.

Earlier this month a number of Barnes & Nobles held a special event for fans of the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. We ended up at the The Americana at Brand in Glendale’s Barnes & Nobles store for the festive fan get together where we took a few photos of the attendees in their best wizard/witch attire.
Have you been naughty or good this year? Earlier this month our friends the League of S.T.E.A.M. hosted Krampusnacht for the 5th year in Los Angeles at the Red Lion Tarvern.
