As summer drew to a close we attended another LA Harajuku Day Fashion Meet. While it was still a bit warm a number of folks still made it out and looked fantastic in various different styles.
The doors to the Labyrinth of Jareth has opened and closed for another year. For those who are unfamiliar of this grand event, it’s an amazing two night costume ball held each year in Los Angeles.
Hidden in a wretched back alley of Hollywood is a bar where Jedi, Sith, smugglers, bounty hunters, and all sorts of denizens from a galaxy far far away stop for a drink or two. We’re talking about the Scum and a Villainy Cantina, a Star Wars themed pop up experience for fans by fans.
We hope everyone had a good time during their holiday activities! Earlier this month we attended the December 2016 Harajuku Day meet up in LA’s Little Tokyo.
Have you been naughty or good this year? Earlier this month our friends the League of S.T.E.A.M. hosted Krampusnacht for the 5th year in Los Angeles at the Red Lion Tarvern.
Last weekend we stopped by the seventh Los Angeles Harajuku Fashion Meet held at Weller Court in Little Tokyo. We spent the day scoping out and took some photos of some of the Harajuku street fashion assembled by the Harajuku Day group meet up.
Last week we attended the 2015 Geekie Awards in downtown Los Angeles and afterwards the after party held at the Hotel Figueroa where we snapped some photos of some of the well dressed attendees.
